Here’s the JR Motorsports schedule of NASCAR Cup Series stars
Hendrick Motorsports stars Chase Elliott, Kyle Larson and William Byron are set to participate in a 5 race deal to enter the NASCAR Xfinity Series. The 88th vehicle will be sent to JR Motorsports and sponsored by HendrickCars.com.
Elliott ran in the series as recently as last year. Larson has not run a NASCAR Xfinity Series event since 2018. Byron’s final Xfinity start came in 2017.
Rick Hendrick is a co-owner of JR Motorsports. The additional five races of the NASCAR Cup Series stars bring the total to 9 starts for the 88th entry in 2022.
The car will appear at Texas Motor Speedway, New Hampshire Motor Speedway and Watkins Glen International as well as both races at Darlington Raceway. William Byron and Kyle Larson have two races scheduled while Elliott has only one.
