Fifth Place in the Texas A&M Women’s Championship at NCAA Golf Regionals

The Texas A&M Aggies dropped one place to fifth after the second round of the NCAA Women’s Golf Tournament at Franklin Regional on Tuesday.

The Aggies was fourth after round one with 1-over-par 289. On Tuesday, the Aggies fired 7-over-par 295 to finish with 36 holes of 8-over-par 584, leaving the Aggies five shots off fourth.

Texas A&M’s Jenny Park maintained her lead on the singles segment after two rounds.

For Texas A&M to advance to the national championship as a team, the Aggies will have to finish in the top four in the region.
