The top four companies in both conferences took an interest in the business in the first round. In the West, the #1 seed Suns will now face the #4 seed Mavericks, while the #2 seed Grizzlies will face the #3 seed Warriors. In the East, the No. 1 seeded No. 4 seeded 76er Heat will face off, while the No. 2 seed and the No. 3 seed Celtics will go head-to-head.
The second round of the 2022 NBA Playoffs kicked off May 1 with an early double header. The Bucks and Warriors robbed the local court with road wins in Boston and Memphis, respectively. Giannis Antetokounmpo dominated both ends of the earth in an emphatic win from the Bucks while the Warriors overtook the Grizzlies, surviving a Ja Morant error at the bell.
