Toyota quotes
Ty Majesky#66, American racing wheels Toyota Tundra TRD Pro, ThorSport Racing
Finishing position: 2nd
What do you need more tonight?
“We kept loosening the scales all night. I was a little free and kept making good adjustments, but we didn’t get a big enough swing in the last round. The sun went out and I think it freed up a bit. Just a little bit too much freedom to be able to attack the way I needed to get to 38 (Zain). Smith) Was row on the field all night. I really struggled with the restart, but once we get going, I can pick up points. Really good truck. Hats off to Joe Scherr Jr., my chief of staff. It’s been a fun season so far. Just a huge relief. For consistently good running. I had a really fast American race Toyota Tundra TRD Pro. I think our day is coming.”
Chandler SmithNo. 18 Charge Me Toyota Tundra TRD Pro, Kyle Busch Motorsports
Finishing position: the fourth
How do you charge through the field?
“I’ve been waiting to use that catchy phrase. We drove like twice. Really proud to have ChargeMe aboard the tundra this race. I’m really excited for them to get their first five in the NASCAR Series. We have a bunch of them here tonight, so very proud to represent them guys.” I appreciate the entire crew of KBM (Kyle Busch Motorsports) We have a few long weeks ahead, and they busted their tails for it. It’s incredible what a work ethic they have and what they show. We got through hardship tonight. That’s what the caliber teams do and that’s what We did it tonight. I’m really looking forward to moving on.”
Christian EquisNo. 98 Curb Records Toyota Tundra TRD Pro, ThorSport Racing
Finishing position: Fifth
Can you take us for a run?
“Just very proud of everyone’s efforts. The first two stages didn’t go well. I think we finished like 15y and 14y We made a lot of modifications. Felt like we just needed the track location more than anything and our pit crew saved our ass there at the end and got us some pit stops. Not only were we where we needed to be but in the same side we are really proud of the team for their good performance today and we put ourselves in the position of today to have a decent performance with Curb Records Toyota Tundra TRD Pro.”
John Hunter Nemecic#4 Mobil 1 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro, Kyle Busch Motorsports
Finishing position: VI
This came out to be the final reboot. What happened?
Spun tires, didn’t get a good boost from the back. Leave it on me. I spinned the tires and that was pretty much it. My Mobil 1 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro had a decently fast tonight. We missed it. The truck was 38 (Zayn Smith) She is dominant. He should have won the race. I feel like we should have finished second or third. We have to work on restarting and back. We know what we have to do here to get back in the playoff race. We just questioned there. Proud guys “Proud of the effort. I’m still in the top six here, so we just have to keep going.”
