About NHL

Anaheim: John Klinburg is coming to the Pacific Division where Anaheim Ducks has signed him to a one-year, $7 million contract.

Nazim Kadri: Kadri is still the biggest NHL free agent on the market. The Boston Bruins seem to be on his radar, but the Colorado Avalanche wants him to stay. If Avs leaves, former Golden Knight Paul Stastny could return to Avalanche as a replacement.

Pittsburgh: The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-signed Danton Heinen for a deal, but they will likely have to make a deal to get a compatible cap. Could Marcus Peterson be in the NHL trade block?

Florida: With McKenzie trading and jealous of Matthew Tkachuk’s blockbuster deal, Gus Forsling is looking to take the next step with the Florida Panthers.

Calgary: Don’t forget, says Cole Schwindt, who was also on the Tkachuk deal.

Philly: The great-name Owen Tibbett is back with the Philadelphia Flyers.
