Route 673 (Virginia Mile Road) – Countryside Country Project.
Route 683 – Road closure. Motorists should expect delays due to the sewage replacement project on Route 683 in Buckingham County. Route 683 (Saw Mill Rd) will be temporarily closed from Route 608 (Deer Run Rd) to Route 15 (James Madison Hwy). The road closure is scheduled to start on August 8, 2022 and is scheduled to start until September 30, 2022.

Route 29 N via NSRR, near airport – bridge and approach work; Estimated companies May 2023.
Route 29B Timberlake Interchange Route 622 Waterlick Road – Safety Improvement Project Traffic pattern changes likely to begin 1 May est. May 12, 2023.
Route 29 South / Route 460 West – Temporary closure of the westbound lane.
Route 460B (Timberlake Road) – Pre-detection work.
Route 623 – Road closure. Motorists should expect delays due to a sewer replacement project on Route 623 in Campbell County. Route 623 (Turkey Pedestrian Route) will be temporarily closed from Route 811 (Thomas Jefferson Way) to Route 460 (Lynchburg Hwy). Road closure began on July 13, 2022. Completion date is September 9, 2022.
Route 623 – Road closure. Motorists should expect delays due to the Campbell County Bridge Replacement Project on Route 623. Route 623 (Town Fork Road) will be temporarily closed from Route 625 (Austin Mill Road) to Route 682 (Lesville Road). The road closure is scheduled to start on August 15, 2022 and is scheduled to start until November 18, 2022.

Route 621 over the Appomattox River – bridge replacement. Fixed completion – November 2022.

Halifax County:
Routes 501 and 610 – Transit Route Project. Use caution while changing road conditions and traffic patterns. 35 mph at all times during construction. Route 610’s connection to 501 is closed; A one-way detour via 610 Murphy Grove Road is expected to begin in June 2022. Fixed completion – May 5, 2023.

Lynchburg:
Route 29/460 (Campbell Ave-Concord Turnpike) – Bridge Replacement. Heading north 29 / heading east and west 460 Speed limit 45 mph. Changes in lane closure are likely to occur in the traffic pattern. Completion July 31, 2023.
Nelson County:
Route 29 (NBL & SBL between Route 613 Woods Mill and Albemarle Co Line) – Started April 1, shoulder widening and guardrail lane closing likely change traffic pattern on November 18, 2022.
Route 60 over the James River – Deck Bridge Replacement. Lane closures and changes in traffic patterns have been rescheduled to begin the week of June 6. Companies July 14, 2024.
Route 151 between Route 638 and Route 250 – starting July 18, grinding and paving. Changes in lane closure are likely to occur in the traffic pattern.
Route 814 (Mount Campbells Rd) – Rural Country Project. Laying the cornerstone, will help traffickers.

Pittsylvania County:
Route 29 Bannister River – Road closure for bridge works. Motorists should expect delays on Route 29 at the Bannister River in Tightsqueeze, Pittsylvania. The northbound bridge will be closed for repair and both north and south traffic will cross the south bridge. The bridge works are scheduled to commence on 4 April and will continue until approximately August 2023.
Route 638 (Rourke’s Mill Road) – Countryside Country Project.
Route 649 – Road closure. Motorists should expect delays due to the bridge replacement on Route 649 in Pittsylvania County. Route 649 (Anderson Mill Road) will be temporarily closed to traffic from Route 798 (Old Al-Ain Al-Hamra Road), to the intersection of Route 605 (Touches Road). This section of Route 649 will be closed on 07/11/2022 – 08/26/2022.
Route 701 (Statesville Road) – runs on the main pipeline.
Route 730 (House School Road) – Rural Rural Project.
Route 744 (Whispering Woods Road) – Countryside Country Project.
Route 859 (Misho Road) – Cross Tube Replacement.

Route 15 (Farmville Rd at Kingsville Rd Junction Rte.133/692) – Road construction in progress with lane closure expected. Close by Rte. Kingsville Route 133/692 is expected to begin on June 6, 2022, weather permitting, with a detour signed for approximately two months.
