2022 NFL Picks, Score Predictions for Week 12

The NFL is getting better and better by the week, right? During the events of Week 11, we may not have seen quite as great a game as the Week 10 match-up between the Bills and Vikings, but it’s been another weekend full of twists and turns around the league and NFL picks from last week reflect that. . After a very rough week of selections in Week 10, Week 11 should have been a week to bounce back.

How did we do? Heading into Monday Night Football, here we sit with a record-breaking 6-7 bank picks on the 49ers to get us back up to .500 for the week. What in the world happened to the 5-11 we were going back to a few weeks ago? Some annoying picks just don’t work, so instead of picking picks that go with the gut instead of the head, we’ll pick a little emotionally right here in Week 12.

Thanksgiving has a whole slate of entertaining matches that start with one game and end with some serious offensive fireworks in Detroit. Let’s move on to the NFL Week 12 picks and predictions.

Not to come right out and kick things off with a bit of an exaggeration, but the first game of Week 12 of the 2022 NFL season could end up being the funniest game of the entire week.

The Detroit Lions have been one of the most fun teams to watch all season, even when they were losing games early. This team has scored a lot of points all year and its offensive production comes from such a diverse group of players, it was great to see. One week it’s Jamal Williams (OK, every week it’s Jamal Williams), and the last week it’s D’Andre Swift. One week it’s Amun-Ra St. Brown, and the next it’s Josh Reynolds.

The Lions are an exciting, home-playing offensive team that’s enjoying a really fun three-game winning streak. The Buffalo Bills have been a bit choppy this season and oddly enough, they played a home game this past weekend in Detroit while the Lions were off winning in East Rutherford.

Can Detroit do this thing? Can they come out on Thanksgiving and extend their winning streak to four games? I said I wouldn’t pick games out of a place of passion this week, but maybe for this one, I’ll make an exception. It would be fun to see the Lions win Thanksgiving against a great team like Buffalo, so I’ll try to show that.

Prediction: Lions win 31-29
