Tom Brady and the Buccaneers had a special guest Wednesday at practice: the quarterback’s 15-year-old son.
Before the Thanksgiving holiday, Brady watched his teenage son Jack hit the field as the seven-time Super Bowl champ looked on proudly.
“She inspired me,” Brady said in one of his Instagram posts.
Jack, who shares Brady parents with his ex-wife, Bridget Moynahan, plays free safety for his high school team, as well as some quarterback. Brady, 45, later told reporters how much the outing with his son meant to him.
“He’s the best,” Brady said on TMZ. “I got him out here for training camp last year, and that was amazing for Dad. She was so special. The more I could be around him, the better.”
In addition to Jack, Brady is also a proud father to son Benjamin, 12, and daughter Vivienne, 9, whom he shares with ex-wife Gisele Bundchen.
Upon confirming their divorce last month after 13 years of marriage, Brady and Bundchen, 42, stated how their children remain their top priority.
“We have been blessed with beautiful, wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way. We will continue to work together as parents to ensure they always get the love and attention they deserve. We came to this decision to end our marriage after much thought,” Brady said in October. .
Brady recently expressed on his SiriusXM podcast, “Let’s Go!” How grateful the family is at this time of year.
“You know, I believe being a parent and being grateful during Thanksgiving is always a time for family. When you think about this holiday and the commitment my parents made to me and my career is incredible. You know what I mean?” Brady noticed.
“It’s just, I’m here in my 23rd season, and I’m looking forward to finishing strong here after Thanksgiving, obviously with a lot of gratitude for the people who’ve made such a big impact in my life and supported me throughout such an amazing career. And, you know, I just want to be like that for my kids. You know, I just want to be the best dad I can be.”
Brady and the Buccaneers will travel to Cleveland this weekend for Sunday’s game against the Browns.
